" Part of the pollution or part of the solution?"
At 9 a.m. we leave the hotel for the streets of Chiang Mai. We begin our journey North through the city, following a well selected route. This will give you a good idea of the " Rose of the North". In the countryside we follow the Ping River upstream and will see different kinds of orchards, fields and beautiful mountain views along the way. After crossing a busy road we will continue our pleasant trip over country roads to reach an artificial lake. At this popular weekend recreation spot we enjoy the taste of local food. There is enough time to relax or to explore the area before we continue in the direction of Chiang Mai. We will make a stop at the " Hill tribe Museum". A scenic route will lead us back to town where we visit the
" Museum of World Insects" and learn more about our little friends. In the city the traffic is getting busy in the afternoon, but it will be no problem. Our bicycles are part of the solution! Arrival at the hotel is around 4 p.m.
